I recently forced my husband to have a date night and share some $1 oysters at a local restaurant. The view from their back patio may not be what most associate with San Francisco, but by now it feels like home.

I've been working for a few years on a personal project called Dogpatchwork, featuring businesses in my neighborhood. Not only does it feed my love for shooting new environments, it's also helped me to get to better know people and places right around me.

Third Rail
Third Rail is a cozy cocktail bar less than a minute's walk from my house, which is wonderful and dangerous at the same time. They have a fantastic menu, which is cleverly divided into "Seasonal", "Citrus" and "Spiritous".
