I’m so excited that you’re interested in a family shoot! Here’s the order of events to make it happen.
We can always schedule a time to chat if you’re curious about the details or have more questions.

1) Pick a session type and get in touch!
2) We will set a time and place to shoot.
3) Shoot day!
4) You’ll receive a link to the online gallery with your images within 2 weeks of our shoot.
5) You pick a photo collection and indicate your final images.

SINGLE SUBJECT

PHOTO SESSION

  • On-location shoot day your company’s office or an offsite venue

  • Photographer brings professional camera gear and lighting equipment, as well as optional white paper background setup

  • Includes setup and shoot time, travel within San Francisco & Alameda counties, image editing, and online file delivery

DELIVERABLES

  • Password-protected online gallery with individual folders for each subject to view their images and make their portrait selections

  • Delivery of 10 final photographs per subject as high-resolution JPG files

  • Retouching on final files for stray hairs and blemishes

  • Usage rights for display of final images on company’s website and subjects’ personal social media profiles

BUSINESS EMPLOYEE HEADSHOTS

ON LOCATION

Base shoot fee of $1,200 + $150/person
I will bring all of my gear to your home or office.

  • Covers a half day shoot at your place of work, photographer’s travel, professional lighting equipment, optional white paper background


  • Covers image processing, editing, file delivery, and photograph usage license

DELIVERABLES

  • The company will receive an online gallery, with individual folders for each subject to view their images and make their portrait selections.

  • Employees will have the chance to select their top 3 images for final delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should we wear?
    Something that you feel both comfortable and fantastic in! Whatever makes you feel like a great version of yourself. I don’t think that families need to be all matching or super dressed up. Consider having everyone in outfits that are the same level of formality and tone of colors. I will also suggest avoiding solid white shirts (draws one’s attention) and if a little one is wearing a skirt, make sure there are bloomers or bike shorts underneath. If you’ve selected the full session, you’re also welcome to try some outfit changes.

  • What should we have ready for the shoot?
    If we’re shooting a baby who’s not yet walking, please consider having a pretty blanket that they can lay or sit on. If they need help sitting up, having a boppy or comfy pillow to support them is also helpful. Also consider whether there are any family heirlooms or gifts that you’d like them to be photographed with.

  • How can we prepare the kiddos for this?
    Let them know ahead of time that I’m coming and that it’s going to be fun! Ask them if there’s anything they want to wear or be photographed with. Remind them that this is a special thing for your family to do together and that any photos we get will be great!

  • Do you do shorter or less expensive shoots?
    I totally understand that having your family photographed is a luxury! After a decade of shooting families, the options that I offer are the best way that I’ve found to capture families and make sure that I get a variety of images for you. I sometimes offer shorter shoots in one location around the holidays – feel free to reach out if you’d like to know about them!
